Dairy Powders
Nonfat Dry Milk
Low Heat & High Heat
Beginning with farm-fresh Grade A milk, nonfat dry milk (NDM) powder is pasteurized and spray-dried to the same relative proportions of lactose, milk proteins, and milk minerals as found in fresh milk.
Nonfat dry milk powder is packaged in 25-kilogram or 50-pound multi-ply lined Kraft paper bags. We also offer NDM in bulk food-grade totes.
Skim Milk Powder
Low Heat & Medium Heat
Spray-dried Skim Milk Powder (SMP) is the product resulting from the partial removal of fat and water from pasteurized milk. Skim Milk Powder may have added milk permeate or lactose to standardize protein concentration.
Our Skim Milk Powder is packaged in 25-kilogram multi-ply lined Kraft paper bags.
Buttermilk Powder
Buttermilk Powder (BMP) is obtained by drying liquid buttermilk derived from the churning of butter and pasteurized prior to condensing. Buttermilk Powder is the ideal ingredient for prepared mixes, confectionary, and baking applications.
Our Buttermilk Powder is packaged in 25-kilogram or 50-pound multi-ply lined Kraft paper bags.

Skim Condensed Milk
Low, Medium & High Heat
Grade A Pasteurized Skim Condensed Milk is the nonfat fluid that results after cream is separated from whole milk and is further concentrated through the evaporation process. It is used to manufacture cheese, ice cream and other dairy products.​
Cream
Grade A Pasteurized Fluid Cream is produced from the separation of milk fat from whole milk. Cream is used in the manufacturing of ice cream, butter, cheese, cultured products, frozen foods and confections.
Buttermilk Condensed
Made from Grade A buttermilk derived from the butter manufacturing process. Buttermilk is pasteurized, condensed by the partial removal of water using minimal heat, and then cooled prior to shipment.

Churned from pasteurized, fresh sweet cream with salt added to the desired level. Minimum of 80% milk fat.
