Dairy Powders

Nonfat Dry Milk Powder

Low Heat & High Heat

Our Nonfat Dry Milk (NDM) Powder starts with Grade A, farm-fresh milk. It’s pasteurized and spray-dried to retain the same proportions of lactose, milk proteins, and minerals as fresh milk.

 

NDM Powder is available in both 25-kilogram (55-pound) and 50-pound multi-ply-lined Kraft paper bags, as well as bulk food-grade totes.

Skim Milk
Powder

Skim Milk Powder (SMP) is made by removing fat and water from pasteurized milk, followed by spray drying. To maintain consistent protein levels, milk permeate or lactose may be added. Skim Milk Powder is available in 25-kilogram (55-pound) multi-ply-lined Kraft paper bags.

Buttermilk
Powder

Our Buttermilk Powder is created by drying pasteurized liquid buttermilk sourced from the butter churning process. It’s an excellent ingredient for use in mixes, confectionery, and baking. Buttermilk Powder is available in 25-kilogram (55-pound) and 50-pound multi-ply-lined Kraft paper bags.

Skim Condensed Milk

Low, Medium, & High Heat

Grade A Pasteurized Skim Condensed Milk is a nonfat fluid made by evaporating water from whole milk after the cream has been separated. It's commonly used in the manufacturing of cheese, ice cream, and a wide range of dairy items.

Cream

Our Grade A Pasteurized Fluid Cream is derived from separating milk fat from whole milk. It is a versatile ingredient used in ice cream, butter, cheese, cultured products, frozen foods, and confections.

Condensed
Buttermilk

Our Grade A Buttermilk is carefully pasteurized, then condensed, with minimal heat to reduce water content, and cooled before being shipped to ensure optimal freshness.

Butter

Butter - Unsalted

Churned from pasteurized, fresh sweet cream. No added salt. Minimum of 80% milk fat.

Butter - Salted

Churned from pasteurized, fresh sweet cream. Salt added to desired level. Minimum of 80% milk fat.
